Next Business Factory Refund Policy

Digital Products
All products and services offered by Next Business Factory are digital (online courses, mentoring, coaching). Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed the content or started using the services.
Subscriptions
Our subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Payment of your subscription gives you access to our services for the duration of the current month.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following months. However, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of the current month.
Access After Cancellation
After canceling your subscription, you will retain access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle. Once this cycle is over, your access will be revoked.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us at contact@nextbizfactory.com.
